Know Where Every Pallet Is, From Packing to Dispatch
RFID tags and readers track pallets, stock locations, raw material, and moulds automatically. Dispatch is checked against the order at the gate, so the wrong load doesn't leave the plant.
The Warehouse Is Where Visibility Stops
Production tracks every piece up to the packing line. After that, pallets go into a warehouse run on registers and spreadsheets, and nobody is quite sure what is in stock or where it is.
- Stock counts in the register don't match what's actually on the floor
- Finding a specific pallet, batch, or SKU means walking the warehouse
- Wrong or short loads are only discovered after the customer complains
- Raw material, moulds, and spares are issued without a reliable record of what went where
- Physical stock-taking takes days and interrupts dispatch
Tracked from Stores to the Truck
Where RFID reads happen and what each one records.
Raw Material & Mould Stores
Incoming raw material, moulds, and spares are tagged on receipt. Every issue to the line is read and logged against the job.
Pallet Tagging at Packing
Each finished pallet gets an RFID tag linked to its SKU, batch, line, and shift as it leaves the packing line.
Put-Away & Stock Locations
Readers log each pallet into its zone or bin, so stock levels and locations stay current without manual entry.
Dispatch Verification
Gate readers check every pallet on a truck against the dispatch order and flag wrong, missing, or extra pallets before the truck leaves.
What RFID WMS Tracks
Pallet Tagging & Tracking
Each pallet carries its SKU, batch, and production details, and every move is read automatically.
Inventory & Stock Locations
Live stock levels and the zone or bin for every pallet, so you can find anything in seconds.
Dispatch Verification
Loads are checked at the gate against the dispatch order before the truck leaves.
Raw Material & Mould Stores
Receipts and issues of raw material, moulds, and spares are tracked alongside finished goods.
Batch Traceability
Trace a dispatched pallet back to the line, shift, and batch it was produced on.
ERP & Tork MES Link
Stock and dispatch data syncs with your ERP and with production data in Tork MES.
Before You Ask
Can we track raw material and moulds as well as finished goods?
Yes. Raw material, moulds, and spares can be tagged and tracked in stores alongside finished-goods pallets.
How does dispatch verification work?
RFID readers at the dispatch gate read every tagged pallet on the vehicle and compare it with the dispatch order. Wrong, missing, or extra pallets are flagged before the vehicle leaves.
Does it connect to our ERP?
Yes. Stock and dispatch data can sync with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, and with production data in Tork MES.
