Tork CRM·CRM for Manufacturers

A CRM That Knows What's on Your Shop Floor

Tork CRM handles enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer complaints, all connected to production and dispatch data. Sales can give customers a real answer without calling the plant.

01 // THE PROBLEM

Generic CRMs Stop at the Sales Order

Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for selling subscriptions, not for making products to order. Once an order is booked, sales loses sight of it until the customer calls to ask where it is.

  • Sales can't see production or dispatch status, so every customer question turns into a call to the plant
  • Quotations, order changes, and delivery commitments are scattered across email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets
  • Customer specifications for SKUs, moulds, and packing get lost between sales and production
  • Complaints can't easily be traced back to the batch, line, or shift the product came from
  • Repeat orders and follow-ups depend on individual salespeople remembering them
02 // HOW IT WORKS

From Enquiry to After-Sales

One customer record through the whole order cycle, linked to what's happening in the plant.

01

Enquiry & Lead

Every enquiry is logged against the customer with the product, quantity, and specification requested, and followed up on schedule.

02

Quotation

Quotations are prepared from the customer's SKU and packing requirements, then tracked through revisions to approval.

03

Order & Production

Confirmed orders flow to planning in Tork MES, so sales can see production progress against each order.

04

Dispatch

Dispatch status and delivered quantities from the warehouse are visible on the order, so customers get accurate delivery updates.

05

Complaints & After-Sales

Complaints are logged against the order and traced back to the batch, line, and shift it was produced on.

05 // COMMON QUESTIONS

Before You Ask

How is this different from a generic CRM?

Tork CRM is connected to production and dispatch through Tork MES and RFID Warehouse Management, so order status, delivered quantities, and complaint traceability come from real plant data rather than manual updates.

Can we use Tork CRM without Tork MES?

Yes, it works on its own for enquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints. Connecting it to Tork MES adds live production and dispatch status.

Does it integrate with our ERP?

Yes. Customer, order, and invoice data can sync with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
