This policy covers this website. Data processed inside a customer's Tork deployment is governed by the agreement between that customer and Intilt Smartforge Pvt. Ltd..
2. Information we collect
Contact form details you choose to submit: name, work email, phone number, company name, your role, and what you are interested in.
Usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and interactions such as scroll depth and form submissions.
Communications you send to us by email or through support channels.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website, and the site is not directed at children.

To respond to enquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support.
To understand how the website is used and improve it, where you have consented to analytics.
To operate and secure our website and to meet legal obligations.
We process contact form details because you gave them to us for that purpose, and analytics data on the basis of your consent.

We use Google Analytics to measure website usage. It is loaded only after you click accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, it is not loaded.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage the resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
